Dr. David Davidson, DPM
Podiatry

Dr. David Davidson has practiced in Western New York since 1968. He is a past president of the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics, as well as the Western Division of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association.

He currently serves as National President of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.

He is a member of the staff of the Sports Medicine Institute at The State University of New York at Buffalo, and currently serves as Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Orthopedics at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

Dr. Elad I. Levy, MD, FACS, FAHA
Neurosurgery

Dr. Levy is a board-certified neurosurgeon, and Associate Professor of Neurological Surgery and Radiology at the University at Buffalo Neurosurgery State University of New York.

He completed his neurological training at the University of Pittsburgh and received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed a 2-year fellowship at the State University of New York at Buffalo in endovascular neurosurgery, where he was the recipient of the AANS/CNS Mullen Endovascular Fellowship Award.

Dr. Levy's research interests focus on developing new and better treatments for patients with stroke and stroke symptoms due to atherosclerotic disease of intracranial and extracranial vessels. He has published and lectured extensively on endovascular techniques for stroke and other cerebrovascular disorders.

Dr. Adnan H. Siddiqui, MD, PHD
Neurosurgery

Dr. Siddiqui is an Assstant Professor of Neurosurgery and Radiology University at Buffalo, State University of New York.

He completed fellowship training in cerebrovascular surgery, interventional neuroradiology, and neurocritical care at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He completed his neurosurgical residency at Upstate Medical University and received his PhD in neuroscience from the University of Rochester and medical degree from Aga Khan University, Pakistan. He is trained in all general neurosurgical procedures, including brain tumor, spine and peripheral nerve surgery.

Dr. Siddiqui has special interest and expertise in the performance of complementary microsurgical, radiosurgical, and endovascular techniquues for the comprehensive management of cerebrovascular conditions. This spectrum of disease includes aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations, as well as dural, cavernous, and spinal fistulae. Dr. Mahesh Bommaraju, MD
Neonatology

Dr. Bommaraju is Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. He is also Associate Professor of Pediatrics Associate Director, at the State University of New York at Buffalo, Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo, as well as Medical Director of Respiratory Care at Women and Children's Hospital.

He completed his MD at State University of New York, Health Science Center at Syracuse, and his Pediatric Residency at Children's Hospital of Buffalo State University of New York at Buffalo.

Dr. Bommaraju is interested in the area of pulmonary vascular biology and the nitric oxide pathway. He has specific interests in persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn and historically in liquid ventilation.

Dr. Paul Bluestein is the President and Founder of Patient Advantage, LLC, a company that has offered personal medical research and patient advocacy since 2003. He has been a teacher for thirty years and has taught at the graduate, undergraduate, and secondary levels.

Dr. Bluestein has been a practicing chiropractor for twenty-nine years in private practice in Tonawanda, New York. He was the Director of the Quality Management Program for seven years, as well as the Director of Research for one year of Prism Health Networks, Inc., a managed care company. He has been published in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiologic Therapeutics and the Journal of the American Chiropractic Association.
